Introductory Probability and Statistics for Business
Catalog Course Description
Descriptive statistics, probability models and related concepts, sample surveys, estimates, confidence intervals, tests of significance, controlled experiments vs. observational studies, correlation and regression.
Summer Term
13.5 hours of Outside Work Hours per week and 4 hours of Instructional experiences requiring special laboratory equipment and facilities per week and 5 hours of Instructor presentation of course materials per week.
Spring Term
3 hours of Instructor presentation of course materials per week and 2 hours of Instructional experiences requiring special laboratory equipment and facilities per week and 7 hours of Outside Work Hours per week.
Fall Term
