1 hours of the exchange of opinions or questions on course material per week, 2 hours of instructor presentation of course materials per week, and 6 hours of outside work hours per week.

This course explores the development of children from birth to adolescence, in a wide range of areas including biological, cognitive, linguistic, social, and personality development. It also covers the effects of genes, experience, and social context on children's development.

Class Notes

50% of seats are released at the beginning of Phase 1. All seats are reserved for Psych majors. There is no waitlist. Additional seats may be added to impacted classes (up to 15% more if needed).

More seats will be released during Phase 2, and the Psych Major enrollment restriction will be removed. A small waitlist will be added. A small percent of seats to be released.

Class is synchronous. No time conflict enrollment allowed.
