Class Description
This is a 1 unit course that incorporates four key CEPH competencies related to health policy and management that all students must fulfill during their MPH studies. This web-based course is required for students in the HPM concentration who have not taken one of the other approved alternatives: PH200J, PHW200E or PH223D. It provides the student with an understanding of the nature and essential components of public health and then the importance of health policy and management within it. The course introduces core disciplines in the HPM curriculum and then explores several of those areas in more depth.
