Hours & Workload

1 to 4 hours of directed group study per week, and 2 to 8 hours of outside work hours per week.

This course will introduce students to the socioeconomic, cultural, and political factors that affect maternal and child health domestically in the US and globally. This course also examines efforts in education, public health, and policy to address health disparities for mothers and children.
