Instruction in a variety of sports, exercise, and conditioning activities is offered at the elementary level. Students select section by activity and time preferences. Students should consult the Online Schedule of Classes each semester to determine the particular activities available.

Class Notes

Flex PE courses will meet in person along public-health guidelines. Everyone is required to wear a mask and to stay at a safe physical distance (min ~10 ft). There will be no physical contact between students. If you cannot attend in-person courses, please email the instructor right away to let the instructor know. In-person live courses will either be recorded or a pre-recorded video will be used for class content. Remote students complete all assignments and return materials (work-out charts, videos of movements, etc.) by posted due dates.
