* Lecture will be SYNCHRONOUS with recording for playback later.
* Discussion & Lab sections will be synchronous and meeting times listed are accurate but additional 'time zone friendly' sections may be created later.
Participation in lab and discussion sections is highly encouraged but there will be an alternative video option for those who cannot attend.
* UC Berkeley will begin the fall 2020 semester with fully remote instruction in accordance with public health guidelines. We will keep a fully remote option open for all students but also be prepared to implement our plans for select in-person instruction activities for those students who can take advantage of them, as conditions allow, even if it is part way through the semester. Students should plan for remote classes until further notice by the faculty.
* In addition to the lecture, you must in enroll in DIS 999 and LAB 999A to enroll in the course. Selection and assignment into the actual discussions happen outside of CalCentral and are managed by teaching staff.
