Catalog Course Description

Biophysical properties of ion channels and excitability, ion selectivity, membrane transport phenomena. Sensory transduction, optical measurements and microscopy. Cellular networks as computational devices, information processing and transfer.

Spring Term

6 hours of Outside Work Hours per week and 3 hours of Instructor presentation of course materials per week.

Fall Term
