Catalog Course Description

General introduction to plant development, form, and function; population genetics, ecology, and evolution. Intended for students majoring in the biological sciences, but open to all qualified students. Students must take both Biology 1A and 1B to complete the sequence. Sponsored by Integrative Biology.

Summer Term

8.5 hours of Outside Work Hours per week and 2 hours of The exchange of opinions or questions on course material per week and 6 hours of Instructional experiences requiring special laboratory equipment and facilities per week and 6 hours of Instructor presentation of course materials per week.

Fall Term
