Examines the management of health care and public health organizations and covers organizational design, human resources, leadership, and change management competencies. Introduces management tools and techniques for monitoring and managing change within organizations. Emphasizes how leaders use data to solve problems. Case studies emphasize how to manage human relations and demands from the external environment.

PH 124 is a capstone course this is only OFFERED to SENIOR Public Health Majors. Students must have successfully completed PH 150D before enrolling in this course. This course is a senior (term 7-8) capstone option for Public Health majors. Public Health majors taking this course as a graduation requirement will be prioritized.
