Course Catalog Description

Examines the management of health care and public health organizations and covers organizational design, human resources, leadership, and change management competencies. Introduces management tools and techniques for monitoring and managing change within organizations. Emphasizes how leaders use data to solve problems. Case studies emphasize how to manage human relations and demands from the external environment.
