Hours & Workload

1 to 4 hours of directed group study per week, and 2 to 8 hours of outside work hours per week.

Course Catalog Description

Enrollment is restricted by university regulations. Group study in a field that shall not coincide with that of any regular course and shall be specific enough to enable students to write essays based upon their studies.

Class Description

Do you like reading comics, analyzing films, or just storytelling in general? Our DeCal is dedicated to examining various visual narrative texts in order to teach ourselves, as creators, how to construct our own fictional stories. We'll be looking at films, animation, graphic novels, video games, and other miscellaneous fun things! All students welcome! Email us at visualnarrativesdecal@gmail.com with any questions.
