Group study of selected topics.
Class Description
This 12-week crash course is designed to equip aspiring and current startup founders with crucial fundraising skills, focusing on overlooked aspects of the fundraising process. Through lectures, case studies, and hands-on projects, students will learn how to effectively plan, execute, and manage a fundraising campaign.
Objectives
Understand different fundraising mechanisms and investor types.
Develop compelling pitch decks and effective fundraising strategies.
Navigate legalities and valuation techniques of startup fundraising.
Engage effectively with investors and close funding rounds successfully.
