Course Catalog Description
Group study of selected topics.
Class Description
Our curriculum consists of guest speakers from top entrepreneurs, executives of top
companies, and investors, as well as hands-on assignments and projects to help students build
their portfolios.
Objectives:
● Understand what it is like to be involved with a startup
● Learn best practices for early-stage startups and mistakes to avoid
● Evaluate which early-stage startup is good to join, invest or get more involved with
● Gain better awareness of how you can best plug into the startup ecosystem
● Build your domain expertise in a particular sector or industry
● Be self-aware as to whether they are better suited to be a founder, an early-stage startup
employee, a growth-stage startup employee, a big tech employee, or an investor
