Course Catalog Description
Various topics covering current research theory, method; issues of social and cultural concern; culture change, conflict, and adaptation. May combine more than one subdiscipline of Anthropology.
Class Description
You will learn and practice how to use different qualitative research methods to solve problems pertaining to digital anthropology, including formulating research questions, sampling, data collection, data analysis, and result communication. You will conduct your own portfolio project. We will also discuss research ethics, good research practice, and storytelling.
