Discussion and Lab (D/L) sections begin on the first day of instruction. You must attend your D/L sections during the first and second week, or you may be dropped. Switching sections is not allowed. Physics 7A midterms will be held for 2 hours: MT1 is schedule on Tuesday, October 1st, from 8pm to 10..

Discussion and Lab (D/L) sections begin on the first day of instruction. You must attend your D/L sections during the first and second week, or you may be dropped. Switching sections is not allowed. Physics 7A midterms will be held for 2 hours: MT1 is schedule on Tuesday, October 1st, from 8pm to 10pm in room EVAN10. MT2 is scheduled on Tuesday, November 5th, from 8pm to 10pm in room EVAN10. Plan accordingly. Do not schedule any conflicts.
The LAB is the enrollment section; students are automatically enrolled in the corresponding DIS & LEC. You must give physics enrollment priority if you need this class for graduation requirements as our courses tend to fill up quickly. If you are wait-listed for the LAB section, then you are not enrolled in Physics 7A. Additionally, if you are wait-listed, you may not attend your DIS/LAB sections.
Prerequisites: High school physics; Math 1A; Math 1B (which may be taken concurrently) show less
