Course Catalog Description
Students will examine social dynamics as well as cultural and intellectual productions by or about communities of color nationally and internationally from different methodological perspectives.
Class Description
Documentary filmmaking can shed light on critical contemporary issues or tell a good story. Each student, with the help of team members, will create a short documentary (10 minutes). It can be a profile of an individual, a campus organization or a video essay.
