Class Description
BASICS - Berkeley Accelerator & Startup Incubator in Cognitive Science - is a hands-on practicum course that fuses cognitive science with entrepreneurship. It offers a unique exploration of artificial intelligence, human cognition, and startup development. This course provides a stimulating platform for strategic thinking and the application of cognitive science principles to create AI-powered startups. You'll embark on the journey of conceiving, refining, and pitching your ventures, guided by AI copilots, human mentors, and your peers. The course’s capstone is a pitch event where you will present your startup to a panel of business experts.
