Exercise is Medicine (EIM) is a collaboration of University Health, Rec Sports, The School of Public Health and Physical Education. Through this 1 unit P/NP course, you will learn the benefits of daily exercise, explore programs on campus to help you stay active, and discover careers in healthcare that promote physical fitness and wellbeing.
Each class is unique and interactive, building upon the connections that exercise is optimal for health, is integral in the prevention and treatment of many medical conditions, and should be regularly assessed and included as part of health care. Learn from a variety of industry professionals, including a medical physician, physical therapist, registered dietitian, and more!
