Course Catalog Description
Group study of selected topics in electrical engineering, usually relating to new developments.
Class Description
This course is a technical introduction to the field of neurotechnology. We introduce and dive deep into the various topics that neurotechnology encompasses, including neuroscience, signal processing, machine learning, EEG/EMG/fMRI, and data science. Students will learn through in-person lectures, interactive content review, in-class activities (such as case studies), and technical projects (including jupyter notebooks). The course is split into 3 main portions: 1. The Field of Neurotechnology. 2. Neurobiological Foundations, and Technological Applications. If you are interested in neuroscience, neurobiology, neuromodulation or neuroethics join us for engaging lectures and relaxed debates.
