Class Description

Reading the Han histories is demanding. It requires great patience, some familiarity with the Classics and masterworks, and a knowledge of how to read commentaries. Therefore this class is designed to help students become familiar with the challenges, so that they can proceed to get the most out of their readings in any pre-modern histories.
