Class Description
This class will be a writing workshop for anyone with research to write up as a 285, a dissertation chapter, or an article. The focus will be on the process and mechanics of writing, with particular emphasis on its analytical and narrative framing, with me serving as less of an expert of a particular field than as a writing coach, consultant and editor. You will also be required to do some reading of the work of your colleagues. It is open to people from all fields and at any stage of their graduate career.
