Introduction to speaking, listening, reading, and writing in French. Continuation of French 1.
Class Description
Continuing development of students' awareness of Francophone cultures, knowledge of fundamental structures of French, and their appropriate socio-linguistic application in both spoken and written communication. Prerequisites/Placement: French 1 at UC Berkeley or 1 semester (or 2 quarters) of college-level French at another university or 3 years of high school French or consent of the instructor.
