Dans ce cours nous nous intéresserons aux relations entretenues par le cinéma et l’histoire au cours du XXe siècle, en France. En suivant une perspective chronologique, l’étude de textes ou de films, courts ou long métrages, documentaires ou fictions, mais aussi cinéma militant, nous permettra d’évoquer les grands moments de l’histoire de France au XXe siècle.
